This oil is soft but also has a lot of character. With woody aromas of dark chocolate, truffle, dried fruit and tapenade. Reminiscent for many of traditional old-fashioned olive oils, which would have waited several days before being pressed. Add a drizzle of this oil on mushrooms, ratatouille, matured goat’s cheese, grilled prawns, peppers, mashed potato, soup and risotto.
