Certified organic by Ecocert. Widespread in the South of France (Gard, Var, Hérault). A sturdy tree, with lovely fleshy olives.

Strong aromas of white fruit and green tomatoes and freshly cut grass. Best enjoyed with all salad, even rocket. Excellent with sheep’s cheese. Lovely fiery, green pungent character.

Harvest mid-November.
